Neema Wasira-Johnson
Founder & CEO Asili Advisory Group
Neema Wasira-Johnson brings over 20 years of Fortune 500 cybersecurity leadership to healthcare and financial services organizations. She has managed global security programs across 25 countries and led governance, risk, and compliance initiatives at enterprise scale.
As Founder of Asili Advisory Group, Neema helps executives and boards transform security from compliance burden into strategic advantage. Her approach—People First, Technology Second—builds programs that protect what matters most while enabling growth.
Neema holds elite certifications including CISSP, CISM, CRISC, and CDPSE, plus Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College Executive Education. She holds a Master's degree in Information Security from DePaul University. She is committed to giving back to the cybersecurity community through mentoring and speaking engagements with organizations including FAIR Institute, ISACA SheLeadsTech, and CyberRisk Collaborative.
Craig Johnson

Craig Johnson is Co-Founder and strategic business and technology expert at Asili Advisory Group, bringing over 30 years of experience delivering innovative technology solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and resilience.
He specializes in automating and optimizing business processes through the strategic application of emerging technologies.
At Asili, Craig helps organizations define technology roadmaps, build high-performing teams, and adapt to rapidly evolving digital landscapes. His work is rooted in a core belief: technology should serve as a catalyst for operational excellence and long-term value creation.
Craig holds an MBA and is a former Captain in the U.S. Army Chemical Corps, where he honed leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure. His unique blend of military discipline, business acumen, and technical proficiency strengthens the strategic foundation of Asili Advisory Group.
